By downloading, installing, or using Happy Racing ("快乐赛车"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Happy Racing is a mobile racing game that integrates with the Solana blockchain. Players dodge obstacles, earn points, and compete on a global leaderboard. The game supports USDC-based point recharging.

3. Blockchain Interactions

By using this app, you acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for your wallet security and private keys
• USDC spent on point recharges is non-refundable
• Game scores and data stored on-chain are permanent and public

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or automated tools to manipulate game results
• Attempt to tamper with the anti-cheat system
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game

5. Points and Virtual Currency

Game points are tracked on the Solana blockchain. Points have no real-world monetary value outside the game. The exchange rate is 1 USDC = 1 point. Points cannot be converted back to USDC or any other currency.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet security breaches, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
